author : Terrie ToddTerrie Todd has been trying God’s patience since 1959. She is an award-winning author who has published eight stories with Chicken Soup for the Soul, two stage plays with Eldridge Plays and Musicals, and writes a weekly Faith and Humor column for her hometown newspaper. Terrie’s first novel, The Silver Suitcase, was published by Waterfall Press in January, 2016 and won the 2017 Word Award for historical fiction. Her second, Maggie’s War, and her third, Bleak Landing, released in 2017. Both books short-listed for the 2018 Word Awards. Maggie's War won! In 2018, she won the Janette Oke Award by presented by Inscribe Christian Writers Fellowship.\nIn 2019, Terrie retired from her part-time position as an Administrative Assistant at City Hall. She lives with her husband, Jon, on the Canadian prairies where they raised three children and now enjoy the shenanigans of five grandsons.
